Kata Gatame

(Throw and apply headlock, arm inside)
  1. Uke and tori stand face to face
  2. Uke makes a roundhouse punch to the face
  3. Tori blocks the punch on the inside
  4. Tori sweeps uke to the ground
  5. Tori places uke’s arm across uke’s throat and chokes uke with it.
